Mrs. Thomas Bevan
Ph.D.


Thomas (Dana) Bevan is a biopsychologist who has written three books on being transgender. She holds a Ph.D. from Princeton University and a B.A. from Dartmouth College. She has given talks on transgender science at Southern Comfort, WPATH, USPATH, GenderOdyssey, THEA, National Trans Health Conference, IFGE and DragonCon Skeptics Track. She is a member of WPATH, American Psychological Association, Out and Equal, and Atlanta Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. She is a support group leader for PFLAG and the Decatur Support Group. She is a volunteer teacher of high school science at the Pride School, Atlanta.
