Ms. Sandy Ludwig
Executive Director

Sandy Ludwig resides in rural Pennsylvania. She is currently the Executive Director of the Clinton County Women’s Center in Lock Haven, Pa. Sandy holds a BA in Sociology from Lock Haven University; a Master’s in Education from Lock Haven University; and Post BA Teaching Certifications in History, English and Library Science from Western Governor’s University. Sandy has spent 10 years working and advocating for at-risk students in both the public school setting and the non-profit sector. She is one of the three founding mothers of Project CoffeeHouse (a non-profit, participant driven community program). On a more personal level Sandy has advocated for LGBTQIA+ rights her entire adult life. From creating and advising a student run Diversity Club to political marches and rallies, she continues to work toward equality and justice for this marginalized population. Sandy is a member of PCADV’s Gender and Sexual Justice Caucus where she proudly helps train others to issues as they pertain to domestic and sexual violence.
