Mr. David Radziewicz
PREA Coordinator, Department of Corrections


David Radziewicz is the statewide Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Coordinator and previously served as a corrections counselor and the PREA Compliance Manager at the State Correctional Institution at Camp Hill, which serves as one of the DOC’s diagnostic and classification centers (reception centers) for men entering the DOC and houses adult male inmates. As the statewide PREA Coordinator, David oversees designated PREA Compliance Managers for each State Correctional Institutions and Bureau of Community Corrections Centers. In 2016, David is a certified as a DOJ PREA Auditor and has conducted numerous out-of-state audits as part of Pennsylvania’s audit consortium agreement. David is responsible for ensuring agency compliance with PREA standards and creating a sexually safe environment for all Pennsylvania’s inmates. David was recently selected by the DOJ to serve as a peer reviewer for ensuring the integrity and quality of PREA audits selected for review. David participates in the Governor’s workgroup for transgender health care and has conducted various trainings for TransCentralPA’s national Keystone Conference, the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (PCAR) and Office of Victim Advocate to name a few. David interacts regularly with various stakeholders at the local, state and federal level. David’s background includes work experience as a Forensic Services Supervisor/Mental H Court Coordinator. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
