Keystone COVID Policy (Updated)

With Keystone less than four weeks away, we’re thankful that COVID infection rates continue to fall rapidly in Pennsylvania and the majority of the country. In light of the new guidance from the CDC issued moments ago, we are updating our COVID policy to give people the weekend to make their own decision about attending.

Masks will not be required and neither the conference, the hotels, nor any of our outside venues require proof of vaccination to enter.

There continues to be both a shared risk and a shared responsibility in attending Keystone. At an in-person event of this size, there is a risk of contracting COVID. If you do not feel safe in attending an event of this size, both the Sheraton and Conference will refund 100% of your registration if you cancel by Tuesday, March 1.

In addition, all attendees have a shared responsibility to help prevent spreading COVID. That means if you have been exposed, are infected or contagious, or are not feeling well immediately prior to the conference, do not come. Both the Sheraton and the Conference will refund 100% of your registration if you are sick with COVID. See below for information about how to cancel.

No.

Do any of the off-site activities or restaurants require proof of vaccination? No.

Stay home, do not come and get well. You will receive a full refund for your conference registration and room reservation at the Sheraton. Please see Room Cancellation Instructions below.

Again, stay home and take care of yourself. You’ll receive a full refund.

I am traveling from an area that requires a negative COVID test to return, where can I get that test?
CVS Pharmacy's Minute Clinic at 550 Progress Avenue offers PCR, NAAT and Rapid Tests. Visit CVS.com to make an appointment. Please contact us at info@Keystone-Conference.org and we can help you identify some other local testing locations.
