The Keystone Conference will be held at the beautiful and award-winning Harrisburg Hilton Hotel located in downtown Harrisburg just minutes off the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Interstate 83 and 81. The Hilton is very excited to host our event and is offering both Double and King rooms at the same rate regardless of occupancy. Upgraded rooms are also available at reduced rates as well.

Hilton Parking & Transporation

Hotel Guests: Parking with in/out privileges is available immediately behind the hotel in the Walnut Street Parking Garage for the Keystone discounted rate of $15/day (normally $30/day). If you are a guest of the hotel and driving a car, this fee will be added to your hotel bill. Let the hotel know at check-in that you have a car. Also, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to/from the historic Harrisburg Amtrak Station. Shuttle service to/from the Harrisburg International Airport is available for a small fee. Please contact the hotel directly to coordinate.

Daily Visitors: Parking at the Walnut Street Parking Garage is available for 10 hours at a cost of $7/exit. See the hotel's front desk for daily parking validation.

2025 Hilton Room Reservation Policy

A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. 2-night (Friday & Saturday) minimum stay required. A deposit of one (1) night room and tax will be charged at the time of reservation. A credit card will be authorized upon check-in, and the final balance will be charged upon check-out. An early departure fee of one (1) night room and tax will apply if an attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date. Guests may not directly transfer their room to another guest.

2025 Hilton Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled on or after March 1, 2025, the initial deposit of one (1) room night and tax will be considered the non-refundable cancellation fee. In the event that you need to cancel your room reservation, please email us at info@Keystone-Conference.org with your name and confirmation number. We will ensure the cancellation is processed correctly and that your room is given to another attendee on the standby list. Also, if you cancel on or after March 1, 2025 and we're able to back fill your room, you will not be assessed the cancellation fee.

Problems Making Reservations?

If you are unable to resolve the issue with Hilton Reservations 1-800-445-8667 or the hotel, please email us at info@Keystone-Conference.org if you have any problems with your reservation and we will forward them to our contact at the Hilton. All available rooms at the Hilton are in our room block for our core nights of Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights with a sizeable number of rooms on the nights preceeding and following those core nights--these are called shoulder nights. If you are having an issue making a reservation, try booking just the core nights of Thursday, Friday and Saturday and send us an email and we can expand your reservation to your desired dates.
