2023 Participant Biographies
Dylan Tobias is a graduate student in Speech-Language Pathology at Ithaca College, currently working as a student extern at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in the Department of Otolaryngology, under the supervision of Arin Ayala, M.V.P., M.S., CCC-SLP. As a clinician, he has extensive work with voice therapy for both voice and upper airway disorders and gender-affirming voice care for the transgender and/or nonbinary community. Prior to his education in Speech-Language Pathology, he received a Bachelors of the Arts in Music with concentrations in voice, theory, and composition from Lebanon Valley College in 2016. He worked as a voice teacher from 2017 to 2021, where he worked with students from a variety of ages, backgrounds, and gender identities.
