2023 Participant Biographies
Natalie Crouse (she/her) is an AAHIVM certified HIV Clinical Pharmacist for the Caring Together Program, a partnership between WellSpan Health and Family First Health. She began her Clinical Pharmacy career in primary care with Kaiser Permanente in the MD/DC region, later transitioning to WellSpan Health. Throughout her academic and professional career, HIV management and Infectious Diseases have been a passion; resulting in several research and presentation opportunities.
Outside of pharmacy, Natalie enjoys time in nature, practicing yoga, crafting and baking (desserts are her specialty!). It has been a joy sharing these activities with friends and family.
