2026 Participant Biographies

Em Miller (They/Them) is a professional speaker & master's student at West Chester University in the Higher Education Policy & Student Affairs program. They frequently substitute teach for various Chester County school districts, & have experience in nonprofit management, communications, & research. This includes their role as the Assistant Festival Director of Lancaster Pride, & a board member for the LGBTQ+ Equality Alliance of Chester County.

In their free time, Em enjoys visiting new cafes, writing, coding, & listening to NPR. They plan to eventually open a nonprofit coffee shop called "Mugs & More", in honor of their late best friend.
