2026 Participant Biographies

Dr. Paige Reed is Program Director & Associate Professor of Criminal Justice, Affiliate Faculty in Sexuality & Gender Studies, and Director of LGBTQ+ Resources at Mary Baldwin University. They are a transgender educator and advocate with extensive experience in higher education, LGBTQ+ community engagement, and justice-centered work. Dr. Reed enjoys volunteering and giving back to the community, and currently serves on the board of the Shenandoah LGBTQ+ Center as well as on the Collaboratory for Justice Education powered by the Eastern State Center for Justice Education.
