Aimee Jo Morris, RN, BSN, MS (Kinesiology) is the co-founder of Revival Beauty & Wellness, a nurse-led integrative practice focused on hormone optimization, functional wellness, and women’s longevity. She is a registered nurse, Marine Corps veteran, certified medical aesthetics nurse, and holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology, with advanced training in human movement, metabolism, and the hormonal–musculoskeletal connection.
With nearly two decades of experience in healthcare, Aimee brings a rare blend of clinical expertise and lived experience to her work. Her background includes menopause care, hormone replacement therapy, peptide and metabolic therapies, and lifestyle-based interventions, all grounded in a functional, whole-body approach. Having personally navigated profound hormonal change, she understands menopause not only from a clinical perspective, but from the inside out—addressing strength, recovery, movement, and long-term resilience alongside hormonal health.
Aimee is the creator and facilitator of Navigating Menopause Together, an educational workshop designed to help women understand what is happening in their bodies and move through menopause with clarity, confidence, and strength. Her teaching style blends evidence-based medicine with practical application and deep compassion, meeting women where they are without shame or oversimplification.
In addition to her clinical work, Aimee is the Founder and Farm Director of Glenn Hope Care Farm, a nonprofit dedicated to helping veterans heal and overcome life challenges through purposeful, farm-based activities and connection to land, animals, and community. She is also the author of the children’s book Buttons the Cuddle Cow, which gently introduces concepts of PTSD through a farm-based personal story. Written in a language relatable to children—and even therapy dogs—the book serves as an instructional and emotional support tool for families navigating trauma and recovery.
Across her work in healthcare, education, agriculture, and advocacy, Aimee’s mission is consistent: to restore strength, dignity, and hope by addressing the whole person—body, mind, and lived experience.
