2026 Participant Biographies
D. Scott McCracken, MD, is a family physician and Medical Director at WellSpan Community Health Center in York, Pennsylvania. He has been taking care of transgender patients and prescribing hormone therapy since 2015. As a leader of WellSpan's LGBTQ+ Steering Committee, he is involved in improving access to care for LGBTQ+ patients across WellSpan's service region of southcentral PA (and is always looking for comments/feedback!).
