The Keystone Conference started at the Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey Hotel and the staff of the Sheraton are thrilled to welcome us back! Not only is the Sheraton located within minutes of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, it is only a 10-minute drive to the Hilton Harrisburg Hotel where the Keystone Conference is being hosted. The Sheraton is offering Traditional Double and Deluxe King rooms at the same rate regardless of occupancy. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. All guests arriving before check-in will be accommodated as rooms become available. The hotel can check your bags while you wait. Room amenities include a Coffee Maker, Hairdryer, Free High Speed Internet Access, Iron/Ironing Board, In-Room Safe, Television, In-Room Movies, and Radio/Alarm Clock. Additional amenities as well as connecting rooms are available.

Sheraton Parking & Transporation

Ample parking is available at the hotel. Complimentary shuttle service to/from the Harrisburg International Airport is available for a small fee. Please contact the hotel directly to coordinate.

Driving to the Hilton Harrisburg Hotel

The Hilton Harrisburg Hotel is approximately a 10-minute drive from the Sheraton. Parking at the Hilton can be done at the Walnut Street Parking Garage. The Hilton has coordinated with the garage to provide 10 hours of daily parking at a cost of $5/exit. See the Hilton's front desk for daily parking validation.

2024 Sheraton Room Reservation and Cancellation Policy

A credit card will be required to guarantee all reservations. A credit card will be authorized upon check-in, and the final balance will be charged upon check-out. Should the reservation be cancelled within 72 hours prior to the arrival date or the guest not arrive on the scheduled day, the credit card will be charged the appropriate cancellation fee equal to one nights' stay. Guests may not directly transfer their room to another guest.
