2025 Participant Biographies

With more than a decade of experience providing transparent, holistic advice, Natalie Kratzer (she/her) focuses on educating and empowering clients as they make important financial decisions that impact them now and in the years to come. This leads to long-lasting relationships amongst our clients and their families.

Natalie leads the Roots Financial Group at Thrivent, a dynamic team of financial professionals provide financial planning services for those seeking guidance on their journey to financial clarity with a specialization in assisting nurse anesthetists, student nurse anesthetists, and nurses on the path to becoming nurse anesthetists.

Natalie is a Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF), designations granted by the American College, Bryn Mawr, PA. She holds the Certification for Long-Term Care CLTC). She has also achieved Million Dollar Round Table status, an industry honor based on sales excellence, outstanding client service, ethical conduct and professional knowledge. She is a member of the National Association of Fraternal Insurance Counselors (NAFIC), and has earned the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) Quality Award for demonstrating a commitment to excellence through performance, professional education, and industry service. Locally, Natalie volunteers as a Board member for the Lower Dauphin Communities That Care, the Hummelstown Business Professionals Association, and with the Saturday groups serving the differently sheltered in Harrisburg, PA.

Natalie is an active member of Thrivent’s Pride Business Resource Network and is focused on building practice that is open and affirming.
