Lilia Weber, A-CSM, CSPO
She/Her/Hers
Lilia Weber is a veteran of the Keystone Conference with 100% attendance. She is married, a parent, and is a Consulting Manager and Agile Coach working in software development. She completed her professional transition in place in 2016 while continuing with the same employer. Lilia currently serves on the board of the Eastern Pennsylvania Trans Equity Project, is active in her employer's Pride ERG and DIB efforts, and she and her spouse, Kate, are active members of Trans-Central PA.
Keystone Conference is operated by TransCentralPA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization - contributions to which are tax deductible to fullest extent permitted by law.
