2023 Participant Biographies
Lisa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working as a clinical therapist in Lancaster, PA where she specializes in treatment of gender identity and trauma. She opened her own practice in 2021 where she specializes in providing trauma and trans* services. Lisa’s work with the trans* population began while working in a Residential Treatment Program. Her experience has continued to develop with employment in the Integrated Behavioral Health and Private Practice Setting. She was recently published with Drs. Alex Redcay and Paul Felker in the Journal of Residential Treatment of Children and Youth on the topic of treatment of transgender and gender expansive youth in the residential setting. Lisa received her undergraduate degree in Child Development and Family Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She received her Master’s in Social Work from Millersville University. Lisa has been providing services in the clinical setting for 12 years.
